We’re pleased to share that The Breakfast Club, one of the Des Moines metro’s favorite spots for brunch, is officially coming to Kettlestone Central in Waukee!
The Breakfast Club will open a new location at 2285 Grand Prairie Parkway, right here in the heart of our growing community. The new space is part of a Caliber Company commercial building currently under construction on Waukee’s emerging town center and Main Street corridor.
The restaurant’s arrival was made possible through a recent lease agreement with Caliber Realty brokers Justin Washburn and Julianah Rodgers, who have been instrumental in bringing high-quality, community-focused businesses to Kettlestone Central.
The Breakfast Club is set to open in early 2026 and will join a growing lineup of restaurants, retail, wellness, and service providers at Kettlestone Central. Stay tuned for construction updates, sneak peeks, and opening day announcements!

Located in Kettlestone Central, this state-of-the-art dance studio is well underway, with the walls now officially up.

Groundbreaking Ceremony Celebrates
New DWR Waukee Dance Studio Location
On October 3rd, the highly anticipated groundbreaking event for the new DWR Waukee Dance Studio took place in the heart of the Kettlestone Central development. The ceremony marked an exciting milestone for the community and the future of dance education in the area.
The event drew a large crowd of DWR families, students, and community members, all eager to celebrate the expansion of DWR’s fifth studio location. Attendees enjoyed a variety of activities, including face painting and delicious acai bowls, making for a fun and festive atmosphere.
“We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us to celebrate the groundbreaking of DWR Waukee in Kettlestone Central!” said a representative of the development team. “It’s been a pleasure partnering with DWR on this exciting project, and we’re thrilled about the bright future ahead.”
